itself. On arriving
I will admit that I was extremely nervous, having never had any
experience in photo shoots let alone in boudoir photography,
nevertheless the team was extremely warm, friendly and made me
feel completely at ease. My
makeup was done professionally, which got me into a glamorous
mood and it gave me added confidence knowing that the makeup
would show up correctly and stylishly for the photos. The
photos were artistic, professional and they were really fun
to do, by the end of the shoot I was not camera shy and I felt
extremely energised. On seeing the end product you
feel confident sexy and full of adrenalin. The
idea of having done a boudoir photo shoot leaves you with a
cheeky smile knowing you have leapt outside your comfort zone

"I decided to have a photo shoot done as a present for my
husband to celebrate our first wedding anniversary in keeping
with the paper theme. I wasnt sure what to expect as I booked
the make over and shoot and I took a suitcase full of underwear
and props, including my wedding underwear, jewelley and veil. I
was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed and my needs very
discussed very well including specific poses that I wanted to
include. The shoot itself was a giggle and I was shown some of
the digital shots as we went along so I could get a feel of what
the finished shots would be like. The photos were ready to view
on the website very quickly and I was amazed when I saw the
results - very sexy and exactly what I wanted!! I bought a full
album and my husband was shell shocked but over the moon with

was apprehensive about having boudoir photographs taken, as i
have always been very self conscious of my body, and I have
never been comfortable in my own skin. I wanted to get some
photos taken for my fiancee for our anniversary, but i also
wanted to do it for me, to try and increase my confidence, as
although my fiancee always told me how beautiful and sexy i was,
i never saw that when i looked in the mirror.
The day itself was fantastic, the whole team made me feel so
welcome and put me at ease immediately. My hair and makeup
looked amazing, which was a huge confidence boost in itself.
Samantha is such a warm and friendly person and she made me feel
really relaxed before the shoot, and during, which definitely
helped to produce the amazing photos taken that day. The
photographer Andy is unbelievable talented, and has a brilliant
sense of humour, cracking jokes throughout, and stopping every
so often to reassure me and tell me how great the photos looked.
I didn't feel anywhere near as awkward as i thought i would,
after about 10 minutes i relaxed into the shoot and was posing
for photographs that i thought i would never be brave enough to
have taken. The photos themselves were stunning, and i had such
a wide range to choose from, which was really nice. I eventually
whittled them down and chose 10 to have in an album for my
fiancee. Needless to say when i gave the album to him on our
anniversary he was speechless, as he never thought i would be
brave enough to do something like this! He loves the album and
looks at it all the time, whipping it out whenever i have a 'fat
day' or complain about an aspect of my appearance. All in all
the experience has given me such confidence, and made me feel so
much better about myself. I think every woman should have a
boudoir photos taken, it is truly an unforgettable experience,
and the team at Venus Boudoir are at the top of their field in

was the first time in over 16 months since my little boy had been

"what can i say amazing from start to end, i must admit when i
arived for my boudoir shoot i was nervous, i neednt have been the
second i walked through the door i was instantly put at ease andy
and sam are great very profesional but so very nice with it.then it
was make up coffee and chat time i felt like id known them all for
ages by then i couldnt wait to have my photos done,andy well his
talent for knowing exactly what looks good and what doesnt is second
to non,and i felt amazing. ive had lots of surgery and was also
worried about my scars ect showing i neednt have worried at all they
didnt show. sam kept me informed every step of the way whilst i
waited for my pictures. well when i recieved them i was over the
moon couldnt have wished for them to be any better i looked stunning
and the confidence i felt seeing them pictures was worth every penny
and more. all i could add now is trust me you will not be
disapointed with and aspect of the service you recieve from the

was amazing, not only because he loved the pictures but the
experience at Venus for me was brilliant. Andy, Sam and Lydia are
fantastic, Andy is incredibly professional and instantly put me at

amazing!! I had Lydia do my make up who is so lovely and an absolute
genius with a make up brush, it was perfect and exactly the look I
wanted!! Sam is a star and she sort of glued it all together,

honest feedback and generally gee'ing me along. The products are of
the best quality and are brilliant value but it's the service you
recieve and you cant put a price on it, I was aprehensive about
being photographed but I LOVED it because of the people involved, as
a result I have recommended Venus to anyone that will listen!! Thank
you Venus for such a memorable day, I now just have to find a new
